Stacey has been our vicar (priest/pastor) since June,
2001. She is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas in Houston and
Virginia Theological Seminary in Alexandria. After her ordination in
1998, she served as associate rector and then as interim rector at Trinity
Episcopal Church in Baytown before accepting a call to come to St. Catherine's
in Missouri City. She is a single, Gen-X clergy
person who is also a foster/adoptive parent through Child Protective
Services. She loves C.S. Lewis, oldie rock n' roll and helping people to
"get-it" when struggling with questions of faith, theology and life. "The
Vicar of Dibley" from PBS is her role model.
